Altaf Bhat tanked PM Khan for announcing solidarity with besieged Kashmiris

Islamabad: The President of Jammu and Kashmir Salvation Movement (JKSM), Altaf Ahmad Bhat in his message regarding the Indian Republic Day said that the India has no right to celebrate its Republican day as they have occupied Jammu and Kashmir with its military might and its presence has tormented all ethics. He has strongly condemned the Indian troop’s brutal cordon and search operations, killing, restrictions and large scale arrests ahead of So Called Indian Republic Day in Kashmir, which the Kashmiris observe as a black day every year in occupied Jammu and Kashmir and also Kashmiris living around the world.

He asserted that India claims to be a large democracy in the world but virtually stands exposed in Occupied Jammu and Kashmir and as it is trampling all basic and fundamental rights since the past seventy years.

The statement expressing serious concern over the deteriorating health of political prisoners urged their immediate release. Altaf Ahmad Bhat has also paid rich tributes to martyrs of Gawakadal, Handwara, Kupwara massacres in 1990 andb1994 in occupied Kashmir. He reiterated to continue freedom struggle despite all odds. He further appealed for a thorough and impartial probe of all these unfortunate incidents of mass killings by world human rights bodies.

The also thanked the announcement of solidarity with besieged Kashmir by Prime Minister of Pakistan Imran Khan .Taking to Twitter PM Imran has urged the nation to come out from their homes on 5 February and expressed their solidarity with People of Kashmir who have been besieged by 900k Indian soldiers for almost six months by the fascist racist Modi regime.

He said that for a solution to Kashmir dispute, there is a dire need for a result-oriented dialogue process, which will pave the way for peace in the region and help in clearing the clouds of war and overcome the insecurity.
