Islamabad: On the occasion of World Human Rights Day, All Parties Hurriyat Conference (APHC) organized a protest against India atrocities in occupied Kashmir in Islamabad. The people from all walks of life participated in the protest at the UN office against the Indian barbarism in occupied Kashmir. On the occasion, Prominent Hurriyat Leader and renowned Human Rights Activist Altaf Ahmed Bhat said that “Today is the day for Human Rights Activists to unite against India and her severe human rights violations in Indian Occupied Jammu and Kashmir. Indian cruel Prime Minister Modi has established the fervour of curfew in occupied Kashmir for 128 days, which made the livelihood of human beings worse than animals. Bhat further said that “ India secures the rights for cows and buffalos but there are no rights for Muslims and Kashmiris.”
Bhat asserted that International Human Rights organizations must pressurize India to allow European Union, UK, and US delegates to visit occupied Kashmir so they can see the Indian atrocities with their own eyes. The day India allowed human rights organizations to go there or when the social media lockdown is ended, Indian fascist and Anti-Muslim agenda would be revealed to the world.”
Altaf Ahmed Bhat while describing the bravery of Kashmiri Muslims said that “ Indian unlimited atrocities and cruelties cannot stop Kashmiris from their struggle for Independence.” The notables present on the occasion included Parliamentary Secretary Sobia Kamal Khan, Ejaz Rehmani, Yaqoob Sheikh, Saleem Haroon, Daud Khan, Hassan Labni, Hameed Lone, Pervez Advocate, Renowned Journalist and Columnist Aqeel Tareen and Hundreds of thousands of people, Students from schools and colleges were present.
While speaking on the occasion, the speakers strongly condemned the unethical and inhumane behaviour of the Indian tyrant Prime Minister and made sure to continue the protests on the constant silence of International Organizations over grave Human Rights Violations in Indian Occupied Jammu and Kashmir.
