ISLAMABAD:19-02-2012, The local Administration of Islamabad has banned the entry of three Difa e Pakistan leaders despite the negotiation with the DPC leaders and forced them to change the venue of the conference.
The move came keeping in view their possible participation in a sit-in being organized by the Defense of Pakistan Council (DPC) in front of the Parliament House on February 20.
According to a circular issued by the Islamabad Capital Territory administration, Jamaatud Dawa chief Hafiz Saeed Ahmed, Ahle Sunnat Wal Jamaat (ASWJ) leader Ahmed Ludhianvi and secretary general Khadim Hussain Dihloon have been barred to enter the capital city for a period of next seven days under the Maintenance of Public Order Ordinance 1960. The DPC has announced a sit-in in front of the Parliament House against the continued drone attacks, the expected restoration of NATO supplies and to grant the most favorite nation status to India.
According the Jammat Dawa sources which confirmed the meeting with local administration claimed that in the meeting it was decided that DPC will change the venue and organize the conference at Abpara irrespective of in front of Parliament House which we did but what they did is totally unfair.
When asked about the participation of the Hafiz Saeed in the conference he replied on the condition of anonymity that all the leaders would attend the rally according to pre-planned scheduled.
