“Demands UN to send fact finding mission in IHK to investigate abuses that amount to war crimes; says India has converted occupied Kashmir into military garrison, terms Indian bid not to allow international human rights groups and humanitarian organizations to visit Jammu and Kashmir as a deliberate attempt to hide its war crimes”
