Bijbehara: Chairman Jammu and Kashmir Peoples League (JKPL) Mukhtar Ahmad Waza said that the peace in South Asia impossible until and unless the Kashmir dispute resolved according the aspirations of people of Jammu and Kashmir according to the reslutions of United Nations promised by Indian regime. Kashmir is the main issue between two nuclear state and New Delhi needed to give up its stubbornness and obduracy to take measures for the long lasting resolution of Kashmir dispute, Waza added. Mukhtar Ahmad waza expressed these views during a visit of Awoora Martyrs residence. Along with a high level delegation of JKPL leaders comprising of Distt.President Fayaz Ahmad Bhat ,Moulana RafiQ Ah.Dar Moulana Shabeer Ahmad and Moulana Mohd Akbar visited the residence of Awoora Martyrs to pay homage to these brave sons of soil who sacrificed their today for our tomorrow.
Paying rich tributes to shaheed Aadil Ahmad, Aabid Ahmad and Masood Ahmad waza said sacrifices of martyrs were a priceless asset with the kashmiri nation and sacrifices given by these young People have highlighted the Kashmir issue and the final settlement of dispute is imperative for peace in the region. Waza while addressing people said that conscious nations can never afford to forget the sacrifices of brave sons of their soil and the best way recall and remember their contribution is to refresh the pledge to honor their blood and not to be cowed down to surrender or compromise by the oppressive powers. Earlier while chairing a high level meeting of JKPL in South kashmir’s Islamabad Mukhtar Ahmad waza condemned the recent attack on Muslim in Kathua by goons of RSS and termed it as state sponsored terrorism and added that present establishment at the behest of Nagpur brigade, claiming to be the custodians of peace and tranquility is shamelessly justifying the sub jugation by armed rule.
