LAHORE: The governor of Punjab Malik Muhammad Rafique Rajwana has said that Pakistan will continue its political, diplomatic and moral support to Kashmiris in their struggle for right to self-determination.
The Punjab governor made these assertions while talking to Prime minister of Azad Jammu and Kashmir (AJK) Raja Muhammad Farooq Haider Khan who called on him here at the Governor’s House on Monday. During the meeting both leaders discussed in detail the current situation in the region, barbarism and violation of human rights by Indian forces in Held Kashmir.
Speaking on the occasion the governor Punjab Malik Muhammad Rafique Rajwana said that violation of human rights was actually a kind of terrorism. He said that Kashmiris could not be deprived of their due rights.
He said the United Nations should take notice of barbarism by Indian army in held Kashmir. “Pakistan can never be afraid of Indian threats and it will continue political, diplomatic and ethical support to Kashmiris”, he said.
On the occasion, PM Raja Farooq Haider said: “Muhammad Nawaz Sharif lives in hearts of Kashmiris as success of the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz in AJK elections is its proof”.
