Turkish Envoy calls on NSA Janjua in Islamabad

Islamabad: Turkish Ambassador Ishan Mustafa Yardakul called on National Security Adviser(NSA) Lt. General (R) Nasser Khan on Monday in Islamabad. Promotion of bilateral relations, matters pertaining to security situation in the region, Middle East and Arab World were discussed during the meeting. Both sides expressed satisfaction over the upward trajectory of bilateral relations and reiterated to enhance bilateral engagements for extending cooperation in multidimensional spheres

NSA warmly welcomed the newly appointed Ambassador to Pakistan and said that “Pakistan enjoys exemplary relations with Turkey shared by the warmth and deep affections shared by the people of both countries are also ranging for the centuries.

The Envoy acknowledged the role of Pakistani armed forces for eliminating terrorism from its soil and appreciated the role of Pakistan for strengthening peace and stability of the region. He shared facts regarding the ongoing war in Syria and expressed his gratitude for the love and affection he received in Pakistan on arrival. NSA also appreciated the role and contribution of Turkish President to the Muslim World and said that he is the strongest voice of the Muslim World. .
