Rights organizations should take notice of human rights violations in Kashmir: Fahim Kiyani

London: British Kashmiris and Pakistanis held a protest to pay tribute to the oppressed women of Indian Occupied Jammu and Kashmir who have been fighting for the right of self-determination. The protesters gathered outside the British Prime Minister’s House at 10 Downing Street. Despite the heavy rain a large number of women; children participated in the demonstration holding slogans and placards having pictures of oppressed and besieged Kashmiri women and children.

The participants chanted slogans against the atrocities and persecution of Kashmiri women and children by Indian brutal forces.

President Tehreek-e-Kashmir TeK UK Raja Fahim Kayani said that present Indian regime is fascist whose occupation forces have crossed the limits of brutality, killings and rape. He said that the international community has double standards and contradictions policies. Violence against women in occupied Kashmir, Palestine and elsewhere is a clear proof of their double standards.

On the occasion Chairperson Daughters of Kashmir Zubaida Khan said that Indian army is committing the worst human rights abuses in Kashmir. Islam has given most rights to women. There is no example of the kind of brutality that the Indian occupational army is committing occupied Kashmir.

The other human rights activists Zanaib Khan, Tazeem Jaffari and Rani Arif also said that they want to send a message to the people and women of Kashmir that they are not alone in their freedom struggle
