Islamabad: After Abu Jandal Saudi Arabia is going to deport another Lahkar Taiba and Indian Mujahedeen Terriorist Fasih Mohmmad to India. Abu Jandal a Lashkar Taiba militant who confessed his role in Mumbai attacks in 2008 confirmed the presence of Fasih Mohmmad in Saudi Arabia.
Saudi Arabia informed the Indian authorities that Fasih Mohammed, a suspected terrorist of Lashkar Taiba and Indian mujahedeen has been arrested by its authorities and may be deported to India soon.
There are reports that after completing his course, Fasih Mohmmad moved to Bihar and then to Dubai and Saudi Arabia for a job. During his stay in Dubai he met with his cousin Gauhar Aziz Khomani who is also a member of Indian mujahedeen who came to Bangalore to plant explosive.
28-year-old Fasih mohammd is an engineer by profession, is allegedly involved in the bomb blast at M. Chinnaswamy cricket Stadium in Bangalore in which 15 people were injured in 2010,and the shooting incident near the Jama Masjid in Delhi in 2010.
Indian Home Minister P Chidambaram confirmed the reporters in New Delhi saying that Fasih mohammd is detained in Saudi Arabia. On the request of the Karnataka and Delhi Police A Red Corner Notice has already been issued. He is wanted in several cases, Steps will be taken to extradite him to India Chidambaram said.
Fasih’s wife Nikhat Parveen had approached the Supreme Court, claiming he was in the custody of central security agencies. She alleged that he was picked up by a joint team of Indian and Saudi officials on May 13.
