Shabir Shah hails Mamnoon Hussain’s speech on Pakistan Day

Islamabad: On the occasion of Pakistan Resolution Day, the incarcerated Democratic Freedom Party Chairman Shabir Ahmad Shah has hailed the speech of Pakistan President Mamnoon Hussain in which he stressed for need to resolve Kashmir issue.

In a statement Shah said the people of Jammu Kashmir are thankful to the Pakistani political and military leadership who always stood  by  the people of Jammu and Kashmir in their just cause.

While hailing the President  Mamnoon Hussain’s  speech in which he said that  Pakistan will continue its political, moral and diplomatic support to Kashmiris, said that  Pakistan is our well-wisher and its support is vital for the resolution of Kashmir issue. We’re extremely thankful to this country and hope the Islamic Republic will rejuvenate its embassies across the world in order to garner the support for Kashmiris in their struggle for right to self-determination,” he said.

Shah also hailed the speech of Pakistan High Commissioner Mr Abdul Basit in New Delhi and said Pakistan enjoys a vital position in Muslim world. He said Pakistan’s diplomatic efforts can put end to bloodshed in Kashmir.

The DFP chairman condemned the cracked down on the resistance leadership to stop them from attending the Pakistan Day function in New Delhi termed it the frustration of occupation authorities.

Shah thanked Pakistan for demanding release of Hurriyat leaders and said New Delhi despite turning the state into a jail is busy in staging so-called elections in order to mislead the world.On Pakistan Resolution Day, Shabir Ahmad Shah prayed for peace, prosperity, and stability of Pakistan and said the people of Pakistan and Azad Kashmir working for highlighting the Kashmir issue across the world are our spokespersons. “We hope they will continue playing a major role in solving the issue at the earliest, he said.
